摘要 The present invention relates to a biomarker composition for diagnosing radiation exposure and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, a biomarker composition using nucleoside or nucleotide which increases in fibroblast when being exposed to radiation and a kit for diagnosing whether being exposed to radiation by using the biomarker. In the present invention, provided is a diagnosing method of radiation exposure by comparing between a changed amount of a nucleoside or nucleotide biomarker of a biological sample separated from a clinical specimen and a changed amount of a nucleoside or nucleotide biomarker separated from a normal control group, thereby quickly diagnosing whether patients who are suspected of radiation exposure are exposed or not and the extent of radiation exposure in an efficient manner and promoting treatment effects with respect to the radiation-exposed patients.
