PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnosis system and diagnosis method for a hydraulic machine capable of accurately diagnosing abnormality of the hydraulic machine, a hydraulic transmission, and a wind power generation device.SOLUTION: A diagnosis system 70 of a hydraulic machine diagnoses a hydraulic motor 10 having: a rotational shaft 32; a cylinder 20; a piston 22 forming an operation chamber 24 together with the cylinder 20; a high-pressure valve 28 and a low-pressure valve 30 provided to the operation chamber; and a conversion mechanism 25. The diagnosis system 70 includes a pressure sensor 72 for detecting the pressure of the operation chamber 24, and an abnormality determination unit 74 for determining abnormality of the hydraulic motor 10 on the basis of the detection result of the pressure sensor 72.
