PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery mounting structure for a vehicle capable of suppressing, at side collision of a vehicle, breakage of a fixing portion relative to a floor part side on a battery frame side made from resin.SOLUTION: A battery mounting structure 10 for a vehicle includes a battery frame 20 of resin that supports a battery being disposed on a lower side of a car body of a floor panel, and flange parts 44, 48 continuously provided at body parts 43, 47 jointed to the battery frame 20 and outside end parts in car width direction of the body parts 43, 47. In includes a ductile member 40 that is fastened and fixed on the lower surface side of the floor panel by a fastener inserted into holes 44B, 48B formed at the flange parts 44, 48, and fastening parts 44C, 48C in which a region containing the holes 44B, 48B of the flange parts 44, 48 is formed to be hat shape in cross section, protruding toward the upper side of the car body, and ridge parts 44D, 48D on longitudinal direction side of the car body in the region are, in top view, formed to be deflected along the direction away from the holes 44B, 48B as advances toward the inside in car width direction. |
