<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disc brake device free from degradation of rigidity to force in an axial direction of a rotor while miniaturizing a caliper body, even when a cam mechanism is applied as a mechanism for releasing pressing force generated by an operation spring.SOLUTION: In a disc brake device 10 in which a piston 26 disposed in a cylinder 20 formed on a caliper body 12 presses an inner pad 60 through one end face by receiving pressing force from an operation spring 28, the piston 26 is pressed back by generating reaction force releasing the pressing force to the piston 26 by inputting torque, and a shaft center of a cam shaft 36 having a cam portion 36c pressed back to an initial position by receiving the pressing force in releasing the input of the torque, is disposed while avoiding a range of a width W of a back thickness portion of the caliper body 12.</p> |
