PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a renewal construction method of a fluid pipe system which, when renewing an existing pipe having a fluid pipe system at a set construction unit of predetermined length, enables reduction of a construction cost, shortening of a construction time, and facilitation of repair control, while allowing a newly installed pipe and fluid pipe unit to be of a simple structure.SOLUTION: An existing pipe is replaced with a new pipe at a set construction unit, the existing pipe being connected to a first existing main pipe via a first existing gate valve 2 and to a second existing main pipe via a second existing gate valve 3. A first by-pass pipe connects a user's service pipe and an edge portion of a second existing main pipe side pipe of the first existing gate valve 2. The first by-pass pipe is reconnected to a conduction pipe of a second closing member. A first new pipe is connected to an edge portion of the second existing main pipe side pipe of the first existing gate valve 2. A first fluid pipe of a first fluid pipe unit is connected to an edge portion of the second existing main pipe side pipe of the first new pipe. A third closing member is provided at an edge portion of the second existing main pipe side pipe of the first fluid pipe, and the user's service pipe is connected to the first new pipe. The first by-pass pipe is removed. |
