<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine whether a driver should pay attention to drive operation at the place or not, regardless of necessity of direct detection of an obstacle or the like by various sensors, for suppressing quick start of the vehicle.SOLUTION: A vehicular communication device comprises: a light receiving unit 11 disposed on a vehicle; a signal reception unit 13 for detecting a communication signal superposed to visible light received by the light receiving unit 11; and a signal processing unit 15 for outputting quick start suppressing information for suppressing quick start of the vehicle, when the communication signal includes quick start caution information which has a predetermined format.</p> |
