<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-joint robot which enhance a cleanliness degree by preventing and suppressing the situation that dust is discharged out of interior of a hand into the exterior of the hand through a rod insertion hole formed in the boundary between the interior and the exterior of a hand.SOLUTION: As a hand 6, a pair of shield members D1, D2 are arranged in a first cavity part FS1 formed in a passage region for a rod 74 that is a part of a clamp mechanism 7B, out of a boundary wall F2 provided in a support frame 62 that supports a mount plate 61. A ventilation path V having a negative pressure is made to communicate with a shield space DS partitioned by these shield members D1, D2 and constituted to be able to absorb the shield space DS through this ventilation path V.</p> |
