<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ejector device which allows a transparent molding to be simply and easily detached from an undercut part without damage to a core.SOLUTION: The ejector device has an ejector unit Y including: a core rod 7 which transfers a loose core 3 in contact with an undercut part of a molded transparent molding 1 in an oblique direction; a slide passage 10 formed on a guide rail 9 disposed in the vicinity of a body part 2 of a molding tool; and a slide base 8 which slides in the slide passage in conjunction with the transfer of the guide rail 9. The ejector device may further include an ejector core 17 and core rod 19 which push the transparent molding 1. The transparent molding 1 is pushed out by the core rod 7 and the loose core 3, and concurrently the loose core 3 is detached from the undercut part 1a formation region in the movement process thereof.</p> |
