摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a heat exchange device for a scrubber, and more specifically, to a heat exchange device for a scrubber having a thermally conductive plastic cooling pipe which is integrated into a scrubber or installed externally to adjust a temperature of acidic waste water produced while processing toxic gas and improve internal corrosion and a clogging phenomenon to reduce costs and prevent an environmental safety accident. The heat exchange device for a scrubber having a thermally conductive plastic cooling pipe comprises: an acidic waste water inflow hole into which acidic waste water supplied from a waste water tank of a scrubber flows; an acidic waste water discharge hole to discharge cooled acidic waste water to the outside; a cooling medium inflow hole into which a cooling medium flows; a heat exchange space which is filled with the cooling medium flowing into the cooling medium inflow hole; a heat exchange chamber having a cooling medium discharge hole to discharge the cooling medium flown thereinto to the outside; and a plurality of thermally conductive plastic cooling pipes which are installed in the heat exchange space in multi-steps, and exchange heat with the cooling medium filled in the heat exchange space to cool the acidic waste water flown thereinto through the acidic waste water inflow hole and discharge the cooled acidic waste water to the acidic waste water discharge hole.</p>
