A non-aqueous electrolyte battery according to the embodiment of the present invention includes an electrode group, a pair of electrode leads which are connected to a positive electrode and a negative electrode of the electrode group, a battery case which includes an electrode group receiving unit which receives the electrode group, a terminal receiving unit which receives each electrode lead by being connected to the electrode group receiving unit and a welding sealing unit which seals the terminal receiving unit and the electrode group receiving unit, wherein, a through hole to expose a part of each electrode lead is formed in the terminal receiving unit, and a resin sealing material which seals a gap between the terminal receiving unit and the electrode lead exposed from the through hole. The resin sealing material is annularly installed in the through hole along a frame part of the through hole and includes a resin composition whose thermal expansion coefficient is 8 to 50(x10^(-6)/K) at 0 to 100 degrees centigrade. |
