The present invention relates to a water treatment technology, and more specifically, to an apparatus and method of monitoring the degree of membrane fouling of a reverse osmosis membrane vessel in a reverse osmosis membrane processing device in real time. To this end, the apparatus according to the present invention comprises an RO process simulation unit which simulates a reverse osmosis membrane vessel to RO-process inflow water and separate the inflow water into treated water and concentrated water, wherein the RO process stimulation unit includes three cells that simulate elements of an RO processing unit, and the inflow water is introduced to one of the cells according to the water level of an inflow water storage unit. |
