NOVEL ANTIBACTERIAL COMPOSITIONS FOR HOOD MEAT

The present invention relates to a composition of a cleaning agent for edible meat which has an antibacterial effect and a deodorization effect, and which is used for washing equipment such as a knife, a cutting saw, and the like, or utensil such as a knife, a cutting board, and the like used for processing raw meat or raw fish in order to prevent infection of microorganisms or contaminants. A manufacturing method of the cleaning agent for edible meat comprises the steps of: plasticizing zeolite at a temperature of 800 to 1,100°C and crushing the plasticized zeolite to pass through a sieve having 250 to 300 meshes and to obtain refined zeolite powders as first raw materials; plasticizing shells at a temperature of 900 to 1,200°C and crushing the plasticized shells to pass through a sieve having 250 to 300 meshes and to obtain refined calcium oxide powders as second raw materials; melting citric acid in purified water which is obtained by passing clean water through granite rock formation within a range of 1 to 3 wt% based on purified water so as to prepare cleaning water; putting the zeolite powders, which are the purified, first raw materials, into the cleaning water within a range of 1 to 3 wt% to obtain a cleaning water raw material; and melting the calcium oxide powders, which are the second raw materials, within a range of 0.1 to 0.3 wt% based on the cleaning water raw material while injecting CO_2 into the cleaning water raw material, and filtering the same to obtain a cleaning composition.
