<p>Disclosed is a non-oriented electrical steel sheet. A method for manufacturing the non-oriented electrical steel sheet comprises the steps of: providing a slab including 1.5-4.0 wt% of Si, less than or equal to 0.005 wt% of C (not include 0 wt%), 0.1-3.0 wt% of Al, 0.01-0.6 wt% of Mn, 0.001-0.005 wt% of S, and residual Fe and other inevitably mixed impurities; heating the slab again, hot rolling the same, and manufacturing a hot rolled steel sheet; cold rolling the hot rolled steel sheet, and manufacturing a cold rolled steel sheet; and finally annealing the cold rolled steel sheet including the temperature rising step and the cracking step, wherein temperature rising time from 650°C to the crack temperature is the same or longer than crack time of the cracking step in the temperature rising step.</p> |
