<p>The present invention relates to a fuel saving type heating furnace for rolling, comprising: a charging platform to allow materials to be charged; a preheating zone connected to the charging platform to preheat a material to a target temperature; a heating zone to heat the material preheated in the preheating zone to a target temperature; and a fracture zone to reduce temperature variations of the material heated in the heating zone. The charging platform has a space inside to allow the material to be stacked one after another, wherein the stacked materials are heated to a predetermined temperature by an exhaust gas from the preheating zone. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the fuel saving type heating furnace for rolling changes a shape of the charging platform to allow a material layer wherein a plurality of materials is stacked one after another to be charged in the charging platform, and heated before being transferred to the preheating zone; thereby reducing an overall heating time of the materials while maintaining the equipment scale of the heating furnace.</p> |
