The present invention relates to a transparent electrode including transparent conductive oxide (TCO) and an Ag nanowire and a manufacturing method thereof and, more particularly, to a transparent electrode which includes a first conductive layer with the Ag nanowire and a second conductive layer which is formed on the first conductive layer by over coating, and a manufacturing method thereof. Wherein, the second conductive layer includes the TCO made by a combustion method.
