<p>Disclosed are a cold-rolled steel sheet with a high yield ratio and excellent properties and a manufacturing method thereof. A cold-rolled steel sheet with a high yield ratio and excellent properties of an aspect of the present invention comprises 0.05-0.1 wt% of C, 0.35 wt% or less of Si, 0.5-1.5 wt% of Mn, 0.001-0.10 wt% of P, 0.008 wt% or less of S, 0.025-0.07 wt% of Sol.Al, 1.5 wt% or less of Cr, 0.003-0.1 wt% of at least one kind selected from a group composed of Ti and Nb, and the remainder consisting of Fe and inevitable impurities. The present invention is characterized in that the area % of a {111} texture is 15-25 %.</p> |
