The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a martensitic stainless thin steel sheet using a strip caster with a twin roll and a martensitic stainless thin steel sheet manufactured thereby. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for manufacturing a martensitic stainless thin steel sheet comprises: casting a thin strip by using a thin plate caster including a pair of strip casting rolls which are rotating; and hot rolling the thin strip. In the hot rolling, at least one between the below (a) and (b) conditions is satisfied. (a) a bender amount of a rolling roll: 30-500 kN, (b) a crown size of a rolling roll: 50-250 μm.
