A nuclear fuel rod according to the present invention includes a pressure buffering part for discharging the pressure of a sealing member (200) to one side of the sealing member when the internal pressure of a coating pipe is higher the externa pressure of the coating pipe in the sealing member. A sealing member for a nuclear fuel rod and a nuclear fuel rod having a rupture disk according to the present invention can remove internal pressure of a coating pipe by increasing the volume of the coating pipe by movement or change of a volume increasing member or the rupture disk when the internal pressure of the nuclear fuel rod is higher than the external pressure. If the internal pressure of the coating pipe is increased, the internal pressure of the coating pipe is discharged to the outside. Thereby, the expansion of the coating pipe can be prevented.
