<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drainage system of an internal combustion engine capable of reducing risks of clogging of exhaust post-treatment means and cracking of catalyst carrier by enhancing heating and vaporization of condensate water discharged from a condensate water discharge passage.SOLUTION: A drainage system of an internal combustion engine includes: enlarged-diameter portions 191-193 formed at an upstream side of a catalyst converter 19 disposed on an exhaust passage ER of an internal combustion engine 1; and a drain passage 28 connected to an intake passage IR of the internal combustion engine at one end, connected to an upstream side of the exhaust passage of the catalyst converter 19 at the other end, and discharging condensate water in the intake passage to the exhaust passage. A rear end portion of an upstream-side exhaust pipe 501 of exhaust post-treatment means is connected to the catalyst converter through the enlarged-diameter portion, and an uneven portion D1 for storing the condensate water, is formed on an inner wall surface of the enlarged-diameter portion or the upstream-side exhaust pipe.</p> |
