The present invention belongs to the field of display technologies, and particularly relates to a double-side touch display device, the double-side touch display device including a touch feedback electrode, a first touch receiving electrode and a second touch receiving electrode. The first touch receiving electrode and the second touch receiving electrode are respectively positioned on two sides of the touch feedback electrode. The double-side touch display device integrates the double-side touch and the transparent display, and is simple in structure and low in production cost.
