Provided are a method, device and system for acquiring information about a configuration server, which relate to the field of communications and enable an OF switch to automatically acquire configuration information about an OF configuration server. The method for acquiring information about a configuration server comprises: receiving a query message sent by an OF configuration server, the query message containing a parameter used for identifying the OF configuration server; according to the query message, setting a configuration management port of the OF switch; and acquiring the configuration information about the OF configuration server via the configuration management port, and establishing a connection with the OF configuration server. The method, device and system for acquiring information about a configuration server provided in the embodiments of the present invention are used for acquiring information.
