<p>A method and an apparatus for measuring the film thickness of a color filter. The method comprises the following steps: S1: photographing a color filter by using a color camera to obtain a color image of the color filter; S2: performing color gradation matching on the collected color image to recognize different color regions and a background region in the color image; and S3: locating and measuring the center of each of the color regions, and measuring the central film thickness of each of the color regions and the film thickness of the background region. By implementing the method and apparatus for measuring the film thickness of the color filter, regions of different R, G and B colors on the color filter can be accurately recognized, the measurement result difference caused by different measurement regions selected by measurement personnel is avoided by measuring center positions of the color regions, and a measurement error caused by unevenness of placement of the detected color filter can also be eliminated.</p> |
