The present invention relates to a method for producing Cudrania tricuspidata powder, the method comprising the steps of: extracting buds of Cudrania tricuspidata between May and August and extracting fruits between October and November; sorting and washing the extracted buds and fruits in flowing water and drying the buds for 3-4 days in a drying chamber having a temperature of 35-40°C; cutting the washed fruits formed in a lump having a round shape with a diameter of 2-3 cm into several pieces and drying the same for 5-6 days in a drying chamber having a temperature of 45-50°C; pulverizing and powdering buds and fruits of the dried Cudrania tricuspidata to have a particle size of 0.01-0.2 mm; and packing the powdered buds and fruits. According to the present invention, leaves and fruits of Cudrania tricuspidata are dried and powdered to be used in foods such as a rice cake, bread, side dish seasonings so that men and women at all ages can naturally consumed the same. Accordingly, effects that Cudrania tricuspidata has can help health. |
