The present invention relates to a terahertz detecting apparatus using a differential antenna. The terahertz detecting apparatus using a differential antenna according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a differential antenna to output a differential signal including a first signal and a second signal which has a different phase from the first signal by receiving terahertz signal; and a signal detection unit to output a voltage signal or a current signal of a directive current component as an output signal by receiving the differential signal from a plurality of transistors connected to both ends of the differential antenna to each source end and a gate end. Therefore, the terahertz detecting apparatus including the differential antenna and a cross-coupled capacitor can improve a detecting response of low-output terahertz.
