PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrophilic monolayer skin-care cloth having mesh structures and mesh interstices, having a polish property such that physically polishing the slight skin is acceptable, and comprising a textile surface produced from a mixture of a hydrophilic material and a hydrophobic material.SOLUTION: The invention provides a hydrophilic monolayer skin-care cloth having a mesh structure 10 and mesh interstice 11, having a polish property such that physically polishing the slight skin is acceptable, and comprising a textile surface 1 produced from a mixture of a hydrophilic material and a hydrophobic material. A defined amount of at least one of an active ingredient 2 is stored in a textile surface 1, the active ingredient 2 is physically held in the textile surface 1. The active ingredient 2 is released from the interior of the textile surface 1 by the supply of a liquid and the physical transformation of the textile surface 1, and thereby the active ingredient 2 is attached to the skin partially. |
