PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the coloration of a resin composition comprising a polyvinyl alcohol resin, a hydrazine compound and an inorganic filler.SOLUTION: A resin composition comprises a reaction product (C) obtained by the reaction between a polyvinyl alcohol (A) and a hydrazine compound (B) as the main component, and also comprises an inorganic filler (D), and at least one polymer compound (E) selected from a polyacrylic acid (E1), a polyvinyl pyrrolidone (E2) and a polyacrylamide (E3).
