<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pointer instrument capable of performing the displaying with excellent appearance.SOLUTION: The pointer instrument includes a pointer 3 having a rotation center part 30 and an indication part 3b for indicating an index part 20. The rotation center part 30 has a light emission part 11 for receiving light from a light source and emitting a stripe of light toward a tip side of the indication part 3b. The light source has: a first light source 6a for illuminating the pointer 3; and a second light source 6b for illuminating a part around the rotation center part 30. The pointer instrument has: the pointer 3 for rotating between a dial 2 and a case 4; a light guide 8 disposed so as to cover the rotation center part 30, for guiding light from the second light source 6b; a light shielding plate 9 disposed between the pointer 3 and the light guide 8; and a design part 21 illuminated by the second light source 6b, located between the rotation center part 30 and the index part 20, and disposed at least on a surface side of the light guide 8. Thus, it is made possible to illuminate the index part 20 and the design part 21, and to perform the displaying with excellent appearance.</p> |
