Fluid medicament infusion device that has a pressurised medicament reservoir, a catheter for administering the drug to the patient and a valve arranged between both, wherein the valve has an intermediate chamber (19) that, depending on the position of an obturator element (9), is alternately in communication either with the reservoir (1) in order for the latter to be filled with medicament, or, alternatively, with the catheter (8) for the administration of medicament. A dispensing plunger (11) that has an extended position in which the end thereof is at least in part inserted in the intermediate chamber (19) is responsible for propelling the fluid medicament towards the catheter. The precision of current devices is improved, since it is possible, with a high level of precision, to control the volume of medicament administered to the patient with a high degree of precision. The design of the valve affords greater safety. |
