Disclosed is an enamelling machine suitable for photo-curing insulating varnish, comprising a light-radiating unit and an optional heat-induced cross-linking unit for further increasing product performance. The light-radiating unit and the heat-induced cross-linking unit are connected together using welding or a bolt to form a main machine. The main machine is divided into a coating area (10), a levelling area (11), a curing area (12), a baking area (13) and a cooling area (14). The processes of curing photo-cured type insulating varnish and coating and preparing enamelled wire can be achieved by the action of this type of light-radiating insulating varnish enamelling machine, and the performance of the product obtained reaches the quality index of conventional enamelled wire produced with insulating varnish.
