COMBINED EARTHQUAKE PROTECTION SYSTEM (VARIANTS)

The invention relates to seismic engineering, and more particularly to earthquake-resistant construction. A combined earthquake protection system consists of seismic insulating devices disposed between the side walls of a building and a foundation and also beneath the building, on the foundation. Passive seismic insulating devices are placed between the base of the building and the foundation. Active seismic insulating systems consisting of SHOLKOR robotic platforms are installed in a horizontal plane around the perimeter of the building at the bottom part thereof between the side walls of the building and the foundation. The technical result is a reduction in the level of horizontal displacement of the foundations of buildings and structures during seismic activity, and the prevention of resonant oscillations of building structures.
