<p>The present invention is to reduce power consumption efficiently by including a copper braid layer, which is a grounding net, together with multiple core wires composed of tin-plated wires and forming inner and outer insulation layers of Teflon resin and santoprene resin. A harness multi-cable for a high-intensity discharge (HID) lamp of a vehicle headlight comprises: multiple core wires including a plurality of conductive cores having a plurality of thin tin-plated wires twisted therein and having flame-retardant insulation layers formed by coating each of the conductive cores in a layer on an outer circumference surface; a metallic membrane insulation layer applied in a layer to envelop the multiple core wires at once and having an aluminum foil taped and formed on one surface of a Teflon resin film; a copper braid layer coating the outer circumference surface of the metallic membrane insulation layer in a layer and having a grounding net with a thickness of 0.1 to 0.15 mm woven by twisting a plurality of thin tin-plated wire strands; and an outer insulation layer constituting an outer surface layer by coating the outer circumference surface of the copper braid layer uniformly in a layer and formed of santoprene resin. Provided is a harness multi-cable for an environmentally friendly HID headlight.</p> |
