The present invention relates to a portable cheese melting device, comprising: a main body having an accommodation space for accommodating cheese therein, an inlet on an upper portion which can be opened and closed to insert cheese into the accommodation space, and an outlet on a lower portion which can be opened and closed to discharge melted cheese from the accommodation space; a cover unit including an upper cover and a lower cover which are coupled to the inlet and the outlet, respectively, in order to open and close the inlet and the outlet, respectively; a heating unit installed in the main body to melt the cheese accommodated in the accommodation space; a power supply unit installed on the main body, and supplying power to the heating unit; a switch unit installed on the main body, and applying or blocking the power to the heating unit from the power supply unit; a temperature measurement unit installed in the main body, and measuring the temperature of the inside of the main body; a display unit for displaying the temperature of the inside of the main body in real time; and a temperature control unit installed in the main body to control the temperature in the main body. The portable cheese melting device is easy to carry, whereby a user can easily melt cheese anytime and anywhere. Accordingly, the user can add the melted cheese to food according to preference of a user. |
