PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a fastening member such as a bolt from being exposed from a bottom plate when a heater is fixed to the bottom plate by using a heater fixture.SOLUTION: Outdoor equipment 100 of an air conditioner includes: a bottom plate 4; a heat exchanger 10 installed on the bottom plate 4; and a fan which blows air to the heat exchanger 10. The outdoor equipment 100 of the air conditioner includes: a heater 12 provided at the bottom plate 4; a fan holding part 20 which is attached to the bottom plate 4 and holds the fan 11; and a heater fixture 40 which is attached to the fan holding part 20 and fixes the heater 12.
