<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a managing device of a secondary battery which grasps member resistance deterioration and reaction resistance deterioration of a secondary battery to manage power more properly.SOLUTION: A managing device of a secondary battery for performing input/output control of the secondary battery has: a determination section which determines the state of the secondary battery; a map in which a charging current curve when charged under predetermined charging conditions is mapped for every predetermined conditions in which temperature and capacity deterioration state of the secondary battery are changed and for every capacity deterioration state in which dependent state of member resistance and reaction resistance is considered; a battery deterioration state determination section which charges the battery until predetermined charging completion conditions under any of the predetermined conditions, acquires a charging current curve, and grasps the capacity deterioration state in which the dependent state of the member resistance and reaction resistance is considered, by comparing with the map; and a control change section which changes control content of the secondary battery for every capacity deterioration state in which the dependent state of the member resistance and reaction resistance is considered which the battery deterioration state determination section grasps.</p> |
