PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a coating film capable of forming regions having different colors to each other on the coating film.SOLUTION: A coating film consisting of a composition including a photopolymerizable compound, a photoinitiator and an organic compound having a melting point and not having a photopolymerizable property is formed. The coating film is heated after being exposed. The temperature of the coating film is kept to be lower than the melting point of the organic compound from the time being formed with the coating film and to the time finishing exposure. Light is irradiated onto a first portion at the coating film and not irradiated onto a second portion or irradiated with a low exposure amount when being exposed. Heating temperature when heating the coating film satisfies a relation: T≥T-30 (where, T(°C) is the heating temperature of the coating film; and Tis the melting point of the organic compound).
