The present invention provides: a recombinant fibrinogen high-production line that is an animal cell line co-expressing fibrinogen and α2PI and/or PAI-2; a method for producing a recombinant fibrinogen high-production line, the method comprising the introduction of a gene encoding the Aα strand, Bβ strand, and γ strand of fibrinogen and a gene encoding α2PI and/or PAI-2 into an animal cell, and the co-expression of fibrinogen and α2PI and/or PAI-2 in this animal cell; and a method for producing recombinant fibrinogen, the method comprising the culturing of a recombinant fibrinogen high-production line in a medium, and the recovery of fibrinogen from the resulting culture.
