An OLED display panel and a manufacturing method therefor. The OLED display panel comprises multiple pixel units. Each of the pixel units comprises a light emitting region (050) and a light transmitting region (040). The light emitting region (050) is provided with a white-light organic light-emitting component (030) and a light filtering layer (020). The light transmitting region (040) is not provided with the light filtering layer (020). The light filtering layer (020) is additionally provided with a dedicated light transmitting region (040), so that the transmittance is increased, thereby making the effect of transparent display better; no additional process is needed, and better transparent display can be achieved by properly adjusting a design only.
