<p>An objective of the present invention is to optimize a heat source equipment operating plan including not only the regular operating regions of the heat source equipment, but also regions wherein heat load is low and stop and start operation is carried out. Provided is a heat source equipment operation control system (201) which optimizes operating plans of heat source equipment, comprising: a storage unit which stores performance data wherein energy consumption of the heat source equipment and the load factors of the heat source equipment, both of which are acquired hourly, are associated; a computation unit which, on the basis of the energy consumption and load factors stored in the performance data, derives, with a prescribed value as a reference, energy consumption characteristics of the heat source equipment in stop and start operations in which load factors are low; and a model creation unit which creates an optimal operating plan for the heat source equipment on the basis of the energy consumption characteristics and an objective function for minimizing total energy consumption, cost, or total CO2 emissions of a power plant.</p> |
