The present invention relates to a method for managing a franchise store using a mobile terminal. The method includes: a step where a head office server provides an affiliate management application to a mobile terminal for management; a step where the mobile terminal for management receives and stores the affiliate management application and accesses a mobile home page of the corresponding affiliate if the affiliate management application is executed; a step where the mobile terminal for management logs in the mobile home page of the affiliate and generates and stores a visit daily log file; and a step where the mobile terminal for management transmits visit daily log file lists per affiliate to the head office server. |
