The present invention relates to a method for verifying a client application based on cognition which is performed by a service providing server, in an environment including a computer device having a web browser module installed therein, the service providing server connected to the computer device via a communications network for data communications, a verification image server connected to the service providing server for data communications, and a client application module driven in the web browser module. The method comprises: a first step for allowing the service providing server to receive a service request from the web browser module; a second step for allowing the service providing server to request generation of a verification image to the verification image server, and to store an identification code corresponding to the generated verification image; a third step for allowing the service providing server to transmit a response to the requested service, the verification image, and the identification code to the web browser module; and a fourth step for transmitting an identification code corresponding to the verification image to the service providing server from a client application module called by the web browser module, and for transmitting a verification image corresponding to the identification code to the client application module to allow the client application module to display the verification image. |
