The present invention relates to a cooling apparatus for an ultrasonic wave oscillator, comprising: a cooling channel part passing through an inside of an ultrasonic wave oscillator; a fluid circulation part to circulate a cooling fluid through the cooling channel part; and a temperature sensing part to measure a temperature of the cooling fluid. Therefore, the cooling apparatus for an ultrasonic wave oscillator maintains the temperature of the ultrasonic wave oscillator in a predetermined temperature range.
