The present invention relates to a construction dangerousness warning system of construction equipment using a mobile terminal and a method thereof. The system monitors conduction dangerousness of conduction equipment by using a gyroscope and data processing ability. If the conduction dangerousness is within a predetermined danger range, the system displays the conduction dangerousness on a display unit or informing a worker through an alarm and limits a motion of a vehicle.
