PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal capable of transmitting acquired information to a center device at appropriate timing, an information management system, an information management method, and an information management program.SOLUTION: A communication device 2 includes: a communication processing unit 21 for performing communication with a center device 3; a first input unit 23 for acquiring first input information; a storage unit 26 for storing the first input information; second input units 24 and 25 for acquiring second input information which is of a different type from the first input information; and an information processing unit 272 for, upon accepting a transmission instruction from a user, transmitting the first input information stored in the storage unit to the center device through the communication processing unit and, when the second input unit acquires the second input information, transmitting the second input information to the center device through the communication processing unit. |
