PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover glass that inhibits reflection of light to improve visibility and a timepiece.SOLUTION: A cover glass 150 is formed of sapphire. On at least one of a front face 151 and a rear face of the cover glass 150, a plurality of recesses 152 forming an antireflection structure are provided, and a depth H1 of the recess 152 is 80 nm or more and 110 nm or less. Preferably, the depth H1 of recess 152 is 90 nm or more and 105 nm or less. |
