PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the phenomenon that a member provided at the passage of a sterilization gas is made non-usable, thus the continuation of sterilization treatment by a sterilization unit is made impossible.SOLUTION: Provided is a sterilization unit in which an object is sterilized using a sterilization gas, including: a passage for a sterilization gas used in a sterilization process; detection means of detecting the symptom that a member provided at the passage is made non-usable; and notification means of, under the condition that the sign is detected by the detection means, notifying the fact that the sign is detected.
