<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing perfluoro-acyl peroxide with good productivity and safely.SOLUTION: The method includes feeding and reacting perfluoro-acyl halide-containing organic solvent solution, hydrogen peroxide or metal peroxide aqueous solution and basic alkali metal compound aqueous solution into a tubular type reactor at a flow-rate ratio, expressed in terms of mole ratio of the compounds in the respective solutions, in which for perfluoro-acyl halide of 1, basic alkali metal compound is in a range of 1.00 to 1.35, and hydrogen peroxide or metal peroxide is in a range of 0.60 to 40; thereby the yield of perfluoro-acyl peroxide calculated based on the raw material perfluoro-acyl halide can be greatly improved as compared with the conventional art.</p> |
