The synthesized image generation section 406c generates synthesized image data developed on a plane while aligning three-dimensional cardiac function information acquired from a first volume data group in which a first medical image diagnostic apparatus has photographed the heart of a subject and a three-dimensional shape of a nutrient vessel of a cardiac muscle acquired from a second volume data in which a second medical image diagnostic apparatus has photographed the heart of the subject.
