<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of inserting and withdrawing a unit to/from an in-board unit chamber by raising the unit finally manually by an operator in the conventional lifter, including a carriage having front and rear wheels, a standing body vertically erected from the carriage, a mounting rod disposed in a manner of vertically movable relative to the standing body, the hoist unit for adjusting the mounting rod in vertical directions, and adjustment means for adjusting the mounting rod in lateral directions.SOLUTION: A lifter includes: a second arm 8 disposed retractably to a first arm 6; and a front/rear movement member 9, joined with the second arm 8, for moving the second arm 8 to front and rear directions. The second arm 8 holds a unit 13, and the front/rear movement member 9 is moved to insert or withdraw the unit 13 to/from a unit chamber 11.</p> |
