<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infrared heater that suppresses the temperature rise of junctions of a heat generator and lead wires to be used stably for a long period.SOLUTION: There is provided an infrared heater 10 that includes a heat generator 3, lead wires 6 configured to be conductive with the heat generator 3, and junctions 7 of the heat generator 3 and the lead wires 6, and further includes members that are arranged to be in contact with the atmosphere outside the infrared heater 10 and have a function to dissipate the heat of the junctions 7 to the outside of the infrared heater 10.</p> |
