PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical label which can prevent coming-off of a fluorescent coloring material and has excellent fluorescence feeling.SOLUTION: There is provided a cylindrical label 1 in which a film 3 is formed into a cylindrical shape, a transparent resin layer 4 is provided on the rear surface side of the film 3, and a fluorescent layer 5 containing a fluorescent coloring material is provided on the whole or a part of the rear surface of the transparent resin layer 4. The transparent resin layer 4 is formed of medium ink or medium ink containing a pearl pigment.
